I am a curious, creative, and passionate person with a rare flair for structure and systems. Communication design has been my playground for the past 20+ years. Playing with ideas, graphic design, expressions, and storytelling has been my method, and finding the most inspiring way to convey messages, has been my mission. Through my career in advertisement, including 10 years in the LEGO Agency, I have developed a special interest in people and behaviour. In fact, it was right there in the middle of all the crazy deadlines, the big ambitions, and the unpredictability of this line of work, that the human aspect caught my attention. I witnessed first-hand how human relations, the way we communicate with each other and the rules we make on the playground, in the end is what makes the extraordinary possible (or impossible) – also creatively. It inspired me to work more focused with people, culture, and leadership and as a result I’ve spent the past two years expanding my creative toolbox with leadership and communication skills through a coach education and a master's in communication and public speaking. Today, I am a designer, communicator, speaker, leader and coach with a strong personal leadership, and a heart set on making a difference in the World.- As an employee I am thorough, systematic, and quality-driven and yet playful, curious, and experimental at heart.- As a colleague I am empathetic and meet people and diversity with an open mind.
