Assisted in the successful production of the NIH/NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center Support Grant which provides $70 million to MSK in support of cancer research Handled logistics for NCI site visit, including rehearsals, communications & resource management Provided administrative support to the Director, Vice President & Administrator of SKI Administration including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, data/spreadsheet preparation & coordination of executive meetings Corresponded with Board of Overseers and Managers, SKI/MSK leadership & staff on behalf of the VP Coordinated all aspects of divisional events and meetings including catering, scheduling/logistics, preparation of documents such as agendas & memos, AV equipment set up/IT support Co-Coordinator for The Basic Research Innovation Award (BRIA). Working alongside VP, manage requests for applications, manage full-cycle selection process & report on awards at BRIA Executive Committee meetings Spearheaded rollout of MSK eCommerce portal to SKI community for transactions pertaining to invoicing, procurement and expense reports/reimbursement requests Oversaw daily operations of The Student and Faculty Club; maintain club website, approve reservation requests, authorize memberships & facilitate all building maintenance concerns Produced & submitted expense reports for approval Collaborated extensively with professionals within & outside the institution to ensure the departments performance measures are met or exceeded Collected time sheets & processed bi-weekly payroll for SKI Administration staff Developed & revamped the administration coordinator training manual which will facilitate the smooth transition of future coordinators Planned & coordinated business development lunches, milestone celebrations & holiday parties
