I joined Wrike as Helpdesk engineer, and it was a great team across the world! This is my first job in IT Company. I have learned a lot of new skills, the best practices, scrum methodology, project management, etc.- Maintaining end-users for any issue, providing accesses to SaaSes, etc- Administration of AD, MS Office 365, Gsuite, OneLogin, MDM, VPN, Azure AD, etc- Administration of MDM(Jamf and Intune)- Participated in implementing several automations to enhance business processes operational efficiency- Administration of Zoom and Zoom room- Managing projects for the team- Maintaining compliance grade for end-users and their laptops to be protected

I had an excellent time here. Most because of the people in the team. The team leader was great and my teammate - Senior System Administrator was a good guy, who taught me a lot. - Problem-solving any issue for end-users- Administration of the wired and wireless network(Mikrotik, HP, D-link, etc.)- Administration of servers on Ubuntu, CentOS, etc. - Implemented a new IP-telephony(Asterisk) - Updated servers, routers and switches, cleaned-up server room, optimized databases- Implemented a new proxy for the organization "Kerio"- Implemented a monitoring system, "Zabbix"- Improved the working of the VPN network "VipNet", added the second ISP for reducing outage of the network connection.

This is my first job as IT engineer. I had been working in helpdesk team.- maintained users for any problems.(More over 1000 users for 3 location)- installed working station for end-users(hardware and software)- improved network connection in the office- implemented 3rd party software for tracking items in the storage, rebuild the storage, optimized work of storekeepers, reduce the losing items and time collecting an order
