I spearheaded all design functions of FreeCharge, overseeing product and marketing initiatives across mobile, web, and print platforms. With a team of 15+ talented designers under my guidance, I played a pivotal role in designing and rebuilding mobile and web experiences. During my tenure, I successfully launched several major financial service products and use cases, including Recharge platforms, UPI payment experience, Mutual funds, Deals, Gold, lending products, Axis Co-branded Credit Cards, Axis FD, Pay later, bus booking, Rent pay, P2P money transfer, Fast Tag recharge, Water bill, Municipal Tax pay, and Gift cards.I have also worked on multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns for FreeCharge, leveraging design to drive brand awareness and user engagement. In addition, I defined a design system for the product and built a design language for the brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. During the acquisition phase, I collaborated with Snapdeal on several projects aimed at enhancing user growth. As a design manager, I oversaw the design reboot for Android platforms, which was widely praised for its exceptional user experience. Additionally, I worked on the Snap-Lite project, which boosted user experience levels by 85% on slow data connections. Furthermore, I played a key role in the successful rebranding exercise of Snapdeal, known as Unbox Zindagi.
