Manager - Business Systems Analysis
CurrentBusiness Analyst Manager: -Directly manage, mentor and develop 4 Senior Business Analyst-Recruit, Hire and develop on-boarding strategy for new Business Analyst -Continuous development of the Analyst Department through education, best practices, standard operating procedures, tools and technology and cross training. -Create efficiencies and process improvements to work smarter. -Resource work load, set priorities, manage capacity and ensure deadlines are met. -Provide oversight to all Projects, review scope and analysis documents, diagrams and process flows with the intent to help elevate the skills of the team. Program Manager ERP:-Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and execution of the release plan. -Develop and manage work effort budgets budgets, contingencies, risks, allocations and identify Release Level impacts to Product Team and Project Managers. -Weekly Capacity updates across releases based on priority, deadlines and budgets. -Development metrics, reporting and statistics to better assess effectiveness and opportunities for improvementProject Manager/Business Analyst:-Elicit requirements through research, interview, observations, use cases, diagrams, flow charts and interrogating business processes. -Compile requirements into an absorb-able format, drive project team to agreeing on Scope and priorities on requirements. -Author documents for Scope, Analysis, User Interface Specifications, Testing Requirements and Customer Facing Documents.-Ensures Project Team completes the project on time and within budget. -Develop Project Plan with the team and manage the team’s performance and progression of tasks. -Secure approval of Scope, Analysis, Estimates and Changes-Responsible for all aspects of communication across the Project Team, status reporting, facilitating meetings, risk management and escalation of issues. -Gather lessons learned and provide project statistics to the team for review.
