Implemented the transformation of the Net Promoter System Program of NAB into Closed Loop Feedback Systems for Business and Corporate Banking Divisions. Collaborated closely with internal stakeholders in designing closed loop action processes and provided survey design expertise and insights reporting of Relationship Net Promoter System (NPS) and Episode NPS Programs. Built plans for project-based research programs that were delivered within timelines, coordinated various stakeholders across multiple functions, and ensured business information needs were addressed through insights generated from customer feedback.o Designed, built, and delivered customer research programs on Qualtrics technology platform, enabling a smooth business transformation of NAB's customer research projects from phone-based interviews to online surveys that trigger bankers to act on feedback in real-time when required.o Led technical discussions to identify and deliver data and technology dependencies, ensuring minimal risks were encountered during the business transformation and tight deadlines were met.

Responsibilities in this role included end-to-end graduate management, providing a smooth induction experience, organising rotational placements, designing an accelerated learning and development agenda, career coaching and mentoring throughout the 15-month program.o Specialist graduate program management and mentoring, career coaching, and rotation support to encourage the next generation of leaders.o Influenced multiple key stakeholders, including Senior Leaders across the organisation, regarding the strategic direction of the Graduate Program at NAB, providing a simplified approach to talent acquisition.

Ensured the organisation upheld the Enterprise Operating Model Principles to maintain the efficiencies accomplished as part of the bank-wide restructure. Provided specialist advice on Organisational Change Management Programs and conducted impact assessments and cost realisations.o Designed and developed the Enterprise Operating Model report to inform the People LT of NAB’s progress against Principles, resulting in an in-depth review of the low spans of control across all businesses to reduce operating costs further. o Crisis consulting advice during the sale of NAB’s Life Insurance business to Nippon Life (de-merger project); prior to any Stage 2 announcements. Provided a robust employee tracking and data reconciliation process. o Governance of NAB’s Enterprise OD strategy and principles via specialist advice and consultancy for structural change projects and reviewing change material communications.

A team of professional service consultants were dedicated to delivering all the HR Projects and initiatives aligned to the One NAB Plan. This team format and initial design was an early rendition of the Agile Ways of Working.o Gender Pay Equity Audit with FSU (Enterprise) – Project Lead and Working Party member; worked closely with FSU delegates to write an in-depth report on NAB's gender-pay equity position and support provided to employees returning from extended leave. o Parental Leave Return-to-Work Support Program - project managed one of the key recommendations from the Gender Pay Equity Audit; and implemented a Program specifically designed to support employees’ returning to work after parental leave.
