I have over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, execution, project management and reporting. I’ve realized the one common link that connects my marketing roles: I relish solving marketing problems. Whether it be navigating tight timelines, squeezing the most from a limited budget or using reporting to tell a story, it’s a challenge I look forward to solving. Of course I don’t mind being faced with plentiful resources, a soft timeline and reporting on a campaign that blew its forecast out of the water, but where is the fun in that? My goal in any role is to save time and money without sacrificing quality or long-term relationships. This involves timely and relevant communication with clients and partner agencies, as well as internal stakeholders such as creative services, sales and production. In the past two years, I’ve been lucky enough to play a small role in two ECHO Award-winning campaigns for IWCO Direct. The ECHO Awards are given to marketers who develop campaigns with strong strategy and innovative creative that produces results. In 2021, IWCO Direct received a Bronze award in the Health, Wellness & Pharmaceutical sector for a large multi-channel, one-to-one campaign we managed for Medica. We drove down direct mail cost-per-acquisition (CPA) by 24% and digital CPA by 39%. In 2022, we won a 2022 USPS Gold Mailbox Award for our work with another healthcare client. Through the use of PURLs, video mailers, online retargeting and much more, we were able to produce overall conversion rates that were 77% above projections and amazingly, an overall CPA reduction of 60%!
