Rhode Island College: Identified energy-saving opportunities in 40 buildings by auditing, baseline profiling, and performing retrofit analysis. Prepared calculations for energy savings and proposed 40+ energy conservation measures in technical reports that included expected energy savings of more than $1 million per year and project cost estimates totaling at more than $14 million.

Data Analysis: Analyzed and evaluated more than 10 years of utility data prior to and after the completion of energy efficiency projects. Wrote 15-page Measurement and Verification Reports for more than 10 clients annually and wrote 8-page Energy Management System Reports for more than 50 clients on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.Customer Support: Performed annual site inspections at 50+ customer locations to discuss and resolve energy contract related issues, and to aid in the evaluation of energy consumption. Completed 250+ energy management system inspections and created a new reporting system with recommendations to help clients maximize their energy savings through proper facility operations.
