RCE Graz-Styria - Education for Sustainable Development (http://rce.uni-graz.at)Project coordinator, lecturer and researcherThe role gave me the opportunity to acquire funding and coordinate several research and educational projects on different topics, such as- ConSus (2013-2016, funded by the European Commission, EUR 1,000,000) on science-society collaborations in Albania and Kosovo - Brain Drain instead of Brain Gain (2015, national funding, EUR 5,000) on corporate social responsibility opportunities for companies in a rural region in Styria, Austria - Wissen schafft Region (2014, national funding, EUR 7,500) on collaboration opportunities between companies and research institutions in rural regions in Styria, Austria - Knowledge sharing potentials in rural regions (2013, funded by the University of Graz, EUR 36,000) As a lecturer, I was responsible for organizing and running highly participative and action-oriented classes for graduates on social entrepreneurship, regional development and education for sustainable development.

Coordination of the transnational EU-Tempus project "ConSus: Connecting science-society collaborations for sustainability innovations" with 13 partner institutions from Albania, Kosovo, Ireland, Germany and Austria and an overall budget of 1,000,000 EUR. This position includes- delegation and quality control of all project activities - preparation and lead of management meetings - organization of training sessions on sustainable development for university educators - development and maintenance of a data management system with Microsoft SharePoint

I was teaching German as a foreign language to several classes with up to 25 learners at the Goethe language learning center Shanghai. Additionally, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the first blended learning programs offered by this center (levels A1.1 and A1.2).

This role gave me the opportunity to coach students in developing the obligatory financial calculation and life plan. Beside of that, I did a research on business development opportunities in Austria. This covered a mapping of key partners (educational institutions, companies and individuals) and the development of a business plan.
