Worked on.

Along with Matt Mullenweg (WordPress, Automattic) and Tantek Çelik (Apple, Microsoft, Mozilla), helped create the first microformat, the XHTML Friends Network (XFN), and set the course for microformats to come.

I've written a number of books: "Cascading Style Sheets: The Definitive Guide" and "CSS Pocket Reference" (ORA); “Design for Real Life” (A Book Apart); “Smashing CSS” (Wiley); "Eric Meyer on CSS" and "More Eric Meyer on CSS" (New Riders); and "CSS2.0 Programmer's Reference" (Osborne/McGraw-Hill). I've also written articles for publications such as A List.

Host of “Your Father’s Oldsmobile,” a weekly show dedicated to the music of the 1920s, 1930, and 1940s. Trained apprentice DJs to become full staff members.

As part of the Technology Evangelism and Developer Support team, helped corporate partners migrate their sites from proprietary markup and CSS to become standards-based and cross-browser compatible. Also designed, managed, and produced content for DevEdge, the predecessor to the Mozilla Developer Network.

Joined the Working Group after creating a CSS1 test suite and offering it to the group. Led the small team that created the W3C’s first official test suite and participated in Working Group discussions on CSS2 and CSS3.
