During my time at GSA, I played a key role in the agency’s IT modernization efforts, managing portfolios and contributing to initiatives that improved data management and analytics capabilities. I was involved in leading the GSA D2D initiative, which aimed to consolidate legacy systems into a more efficient Logical Data Warehouse, helping to introduce 'Analytics as a Service' across federal agencies.A particularly rewarding project I led was the reengineering and automation of the Public Buildings Service's (PBS) leasing process. As the world's largest landlord, PBS had a leasing process that was quite complex and varied across different regions. Before this initiative, much of the process was manual. By working closely with various stakeholders, we were able to transition to a more standardized and automated system, which brought about greater efficiency and consistency within the agency.Throughout my time at GSA, I focused on procurement strategies and data architecture, contributing to the agency’s efforts to enhance technology and operational efficiency.

I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive eBusiness strategy for the U.S. General Services Administration's Commission of Public Buildings. My work centered on enhancing supply chains, enterprise portals, ERP systems, data management, and business process optimization, which collectively bolstered the agency’s operational efficiency. I also played a key role in setting organizational standards for IT system assessments, developing evaluation procedures that ensured the effectiveness of eBusiness products and services.In addition to strategy development, I was instrumental in driving the company’s growth by pioneering the adoption of the Java platform and enhancing enterprise development processes. This strategic shift resulted in the acquisition of five significant contracts and tripled the company’s size. My continuous focus on research and development allowed us to stay ahead of industry trends and meet the complex needs of our governmental clients.

I led the development and successful deployment of national web-based systems for the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration. This role allowed me to leverage my strategic vision and leadership skills to secure key contracts, which significantly expanded the company's service offerings.
