I'm a passionate Business Development and Corporate Innovation Leader, specializing in startups and value creation in the private and semi-governmental sectors. As a founding member of SOMPO Digital Lab Tel Aviv, I serve as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, working closely with the Israeli tech ecosystem to establish impactful new ventures, creating and nurturing strategic partnerships in the insurance and mobility sectors. In my role, I have created strategic partnerships in Insurtech, mobility, smart cities, and supply chain. I led SOMPO's participation in EcoMotion events, launching a startup challenge that resulted in a pilot with Mobileye and facilitated a collaboration between Via and SOMPO, resulting in a new transportation service for the elderly in suburban Japan.Previously, as a marketing and business development coordinator in the Cyber unit at the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute, I supported Israeli cybersecurity companies in their global expansion.Throughout my career, I have mentored over 500 startups and entrepreneurs, promoting the uniqueness of Israeli startups around the world, mainly in Japan. I also co-founded the "Big in Japan", an annual event connecting Israeli innovation with Japanese market opportunities.An initiative that I'm very proud of is the SOMPO Digital Lab Innovation Leadership Program for SOMPO Japan employees. I initiated and led the program from planning through execution, establishing connections with key industry players to host and engage with the participants.
