Duties/Responsibility :1. Playing Leadership roles for a project as a managed existing team.2. Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment required in the day to day working.3. Analysis of machine failures, Estimation of Automation costs, assessing the needs of equipmentreplacements, spare parts & Assessment of the required tools for the maintenance of theequipment.4. Training The Engineering Students from University & Diploma, Customer End, Service team andstaff.5. Execution of the project engineering involving Installation, commissioning & testing of electricalequipment’s.6. Managed the Installation of PLC and HMI Application software development.7. Examined and analyzed the requirements needed in electrical installation using Schneider andWecon products.8. Repairing and installation of any kind of VFD, Soft starter, PLC, HMI and Servo Drive.9. Troubleshooting of different types of industrial Machine (All type of Textile, Cement & Steelmills, Pharmacies Machineries and Plastics).10. Performing all necessary works for customer service and counseling, handling customers,complaints and queries.

Duties/Responsibility :1.PLC Programming and HMI Design, Installation, Erection, commissioning & Maintenance of all Hi-tech machineries like Accumulator 25 mm Tube Cutting M/,Thermoforming M/C, Roll former M/C, Injection Molding M/C,ABS Extruder M/C, CNC M/C, Power Press M/C (etc) situated in the factory.2.Perform automation & modification work of different Hi-tech machinery. 3.I am able to proper maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical and electronics equipment/instrument of process control machine, Chiller & Air Compressor.4.I Know how to troubleshooting repair & Maintenance of PLC based Automation. Able to upload/Download/Modification Work of PLC Program(Mitsubishi, Omron & Siemens and so on)5.Setting operation parameter, troubleshooting, repair & Maintenance of Various kind of frequency drive with also Stepper Motor Drive , servo Motor drive and Soft-starter .6.Mentally always ready to practical field work and attend any emergency breakdown of Production. 7.Advanced Knowledge on Electrical Auto-CAD2013, EPLAN2.4, Panel Draw4.2 Software, Proficad Software.8.Suppervision of installation of PLC Control Panel, LCP and MOV Control Panel and so on.9.Suppervision of loop testing of different types of transmitters and Detectors such as Fire and gas Detectors, pressure transmitters, temperature Transmitters, Flow transmitters and pressure Switch etc. • Interpretation of P& ID, Instrument Location Plan, General Arrangement and Layout Drawing and Instruments.10.Supervision of Calibration as well as functional test of different types of instrument such as Gauges and transmitters/Sensors & control valves etc.11.I am able to understand& trouble shoot the Electronics and Instruments areas of Customized software and hardware used in production machines, Compressors, Generators, Boiler, Turbine where universal digital controllers like PLC,SCADA,GCM and modern electronic logic techniques are used for effective process control.
