I began my adventure with Apple as a Specialist, transforming visitors into loyal customers & promoters. I helped create the energy & excitement around Apple products, providing personalized solutions to customers' needs. Always inquisitive, Staying current regarding news about products & initiatives, I readily applied my expertise in customer interactions. As a Creative, I shared my skills & inspired creativity in every visitor. Creatives are the foundation of the Apple Store’s uniquely welcoming environment. Providing how-to group workshops and One to One learning sessions allowed me to get to know and work with so many people, ranging from beginners to individualized, focus training. The most rewarding aspect of my position was spearheading and championing how-to workshops for customers with accessibility issues. Teaching a customer who is visually impaired or hearing disabled and seeing excitement in their faces when you've taught them how they can utilize the accessibilty features on their Apple devices, making their lives easier, is one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had in my life. In general, I provided customer training & instruction on how to bring my customer's visions to life. As a creative person myself, nothing gave me a greater sense of accomplishment than empowering an individual to create something wonderful. In 2012, I was honored by Apple Corporate & named as one of Apple's "Top 25 Performers" Worldwide.
