Leading and facilitating Kaizen events with cross-functional teams to improve processes and have a positive impact on the business’ KPIs. + Development and implementation of PQPR (Product Quantity and Process Routing) to create Product families and transform the layout into cell-alignment strategy. + Support to sister-facility in Wausau, WI for 6 months (2 weeks by month) for the Visual Daily Management implementation, material flow improvement, and kaizen culture creation through training and execution of Kaizen events. + Creation of customized Lean Six Sigma tools for different necessities of the teams: Accountability board, Plant strategy board using PDCA, Finance Bowler, Kamishibai/Process-check boards. + Department’s budget management and control. + Part Simplification Projects with cross-functional teams to target Inventory & DIO reduction. + Accountable of the Monterrey Site VCP Savings.

+ Creation of standard operating procedures for new processes implemented in the Parts Press area.+ Logistic tools creation to improve components’ transportation from other sites in Europe to the facility in Wolfsburg, Germany.+ Writing and translation of the White Paper tool (from German to English)+ Participation in Innovation workshops.+ Work and communication 100% in the German language.
