Steven has lead Morton Fraser's innovation, service delivery and improvement initiatives since 2019. He won the Law Society of Scotland's Innovation Cup in 2019.Steven previously specialised in Commercial Real Estate since qualifying in 2007 and has a wealth of experience in a full range of transactions, acting extensively for clients with large property portfolios. Steven has advised clients on a wide variety of property matters including property acquisitions and disposals, security work, insolvency matters and the creation of servitudes and other title burdens.He also has considerable experience of leases (acting for both landlords and tenants) in relation to all types of commercial property, including licensed premises, retail units, warehouses, factories and offices. Notable clients include Royal Mail Group Limited, Post Office Limited, Heineken UK Limited, SRUC, Nationwide Building Society and Schuh Limited.Steven has lectured on leasing as part of the Law Society of Scotland's TCPD (Trainee Continuing Professional Development) course and been recommended by both Chambers and Legal 500.
