- Support in the implementation of new products and processes and continuous education of the employees- Ensuring the feedback between the branches, the Regional Manager, the Network, Managing Board and other departments- Maximize the communication among the departments, both horizontal and vertical, in order to raise the sales results of all the business segments- Identification and sharing of the best sales practices within the Network and other departements- Analysis of the branch performance and preparation of action plans in cooperation with the Head of branch- Communicating the commercial priorities to the branches and ensuring their implementation- Help and support to the Head of branch in the branch organisation, team animation, sales development, portfolio management and efficient use of the sales tools

- Acts as a Head of Branch in his/her absence- Managing and operative organization of the work in the branch- Supervision and control of business processes and the work of employees - Ensuring the implementation of the Bank's procedures, rulebooks and instruction in the branch- Daily control of the business results reports- Rational use of human, technical and organizational resources- Supervision of the implementation of security procedures and correct protection of money and other Bank's property - Authorisation of loans, interests and fees in accordance with his/her competence level- Establishing quality business relationships with targeted customers / managing portfolio of affluent clients- Selling the products and services to the targeted clients in order to achieve the planned sales results and high level of client satisfaction- Managing portfolio in order to optimize the portfolio and increase the profitability while minimizing risk

- Selling the products and services of the Bank to the existing clients and prospects, in order to realise the planned sales and business goals and to increase the client satisfaction- Optimizing the existing portfolio (increasing the number of products per client) and acquisition of new clients in the portfolio - Analysis of the clients’ needs and wishes and advising the clients accordingly in order to increase the level of the client satisfaction and selling the bank’s products
