- Manage website localization projects for healthcare, education, and United States Government clients.- Consolidation of the website localization process at Avantpage.- Extract and prepare website content for translation from different Content Management Systems (Drupal, WordPress, Shopify).- Use of WPML for WordPress.- Review and edition of HTML files for translation.- Manage projects requiring web page accessibility assessment.- Develop the accessibility process at Avantpage to strengthen the service.

- Manage document translation projects for healthcare, education, and United States Government clients.- Optimize workflows to ensure a high degree of quality on all projects.- Build relationships with clients to meet their expectations.- Manage projects requiring DTP, Machine Translation post-editing, accessibility compliance, voice over, subtitling, braille, and/or transcription.- Create internal processes manuals and materials.- Train Project Managers and Coordinators on document accessibility.- Provider communication and management.

- Together with the Project Manager, coordinate the logistics of translation projects for healthcare and United States Government clients.- Help ensure that all team members and departments have what they need in order to meet the deadlines and expectations of the projects.- Contact with vendors (linguists, translation agencies, and designers).- Proofread texts for the company blog.
