I like to provide critical advice, insight and intellectual challenge at Board level. I have been fortunate to advise CEOs, CFOs and COOs and mentor and coach my peers and colleagues with success. I achieved year-on-year multi million pound £ savings for CFOs (clients and colleagues alike) by architecting and implementing Cost transformation initiatives on a global scale.I led enterprise wide business & IT transformation roll outs across 50+ countries and have a rich experience of setting up data & business analytics operations.I have helped set up shared service operations, outsourced as well as in-sourced business operations and set up governance for my employers and clients alike. I led enterprise wide implementations of ERP, Order Management, CRM, Inventory Management and Cost & Revenue Management systems & processes at a global level. My experience includes using design thinking and human centered design methodology along with Lean CI principles for business process re-engineering, change management and introduction of industry best practice. I have had Account Management, P&L and business growth responsibility and have setup onshore-offshore delivery models.My philosophy for leadership closely matches the servant leadership model and I try my best to use an empathetic approach to leadership. I have been privileged at developing and coaching people, building and leading global multi-location, multi-cultural, diverse, cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. I love to contribute to my society and community. I am Chair of the Board of Governors of Central Bedfordshire College. In addition, I am a IET Mentor and am an Entrepreneurship and Leadership coach. I conduct leadership workshops for charities and youth. Developing teams and growing leaders with a reflective mindset is my passion.
