• Organized the Cabinet deliverables, in dialogue with 14 organizational units and 5 Secretariats, providing advice in order to support the decision-making processes in several subjects• Supported the revaluation of 90% of the State Executive's careers: conducted technical analysis on career design and budgetary impact, elaborated processual documentation, and monitored legislative approvals and media communication (+45 careers restructured, +34 laws approved, ~4,5bn impact, +1m civil… Show more • Organized the Cabinet deliverables, in dialogue with 14 organizational units and 5 Secretariats, providing advice in order to support the decision-making processes in several subjects• Supported the revaluation of 90% of the State Executive's careers: conducted technical analysis on career design and budgetary impact, elaborated processual documentation, and monitored legislative approvals and media communication (+45 careers restructured, +34 laws approved, ~4,5bn impact, +1m civil servants benefited)• Collaborated to the Immigrants Exhibition Center's Concession project, organizing weekly meetings’ follow ups, monitoring the bidding process and contractual management (investments of ~90m and total grants of ~30m)• Co-elaborated the strategic plan of the Secretariat, and facilitated the restructuring of a new Coordination; provided advice to its projects design and execution, and delivered to its team a training program, official presentations, executive summaries or reports• Delivered technical analyses oriented at organizational restructuring and budgetary economies; the most important was oriented at the merger of 3 State Foundations (1,2m budget saving)• Official representative or direct support to 7 Technical Committees oriented at developing executive reports and legislative instruments related to human resources, public budget, evaluation of public policies, patrimonial assets; highlight to the analyses oriented at the improvement of the state performance related pay policy (0,3bn annual budget, 9 organizations and 325k civil servants benefited).• Development and implementation, in partnership with a public institute, of a performance oriented applied course about public planning and budget (120 civil servants benefited with a 150-hour training).
