Coastal Engineering/Reclamation/Land DevelopmentDuties and Responsibilities:• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards of installation for geotechnical instruments, including industry-specific certifications.• Ensure that products or processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. This may involve reviewing specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.• Report to immediate supervisor/Manager in terms of result of the inspection.• Preparing for progress activity report based on actual site accomplishment.• Record inspection results, including defects or deviations from standards. Maintain detailed reports and logs to track quality performance over time.• Examine products, materials, or processes to ensure they meet quality standards. This may involve visual inspections, measurements, or conducting specific tests• Prepare and present quality reports, highlighting key issues, trends, and areas for improvement to superior/management.• Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.• Ensure that inspection and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to provide accurate results.• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving processes, procedures, and products to enhance overall quality and efficiency.• Analyzing data as per design requirement of project activities.• Identify defects or issues and determine their root causes. Work with other teams to resolve quality problems.

Waterproofing Specialty/Concrete Repair/Epoxy LiningDuties and Responsibilities:• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements.• Prepare actual shop drawings for the area to be waterproof.• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.• Preparation of billing report such as submittals and shop drawings for approval.• Maintaining the quality service of the installed waterproofing system.• Prepare construction estimate costs by studying plans and specifications for change orders.• Prepare for the completion of materials to be needed on the site location.• Develop & maintain good working relationships with General Contractors & Building Consultants.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Work with project engineers to develop submittals.• Estimate the materials in the project.• Set an inspection for the leakage test for the waterproofing.

Road Construction/Land Development/HousingDuties and Responsibilities:• Understand the detailed engineering drawings and documents to ensure site work are carried out accordingly. • Represent company to oversee assigned Site project activities and ensure project execution is carried out in a safe manner. • Review and monitor planned schedule against actual work progress. • Ensure equipment, tanks and piping, etc are of safe design and ensure contractor’s field Supervisors/workers work safely on site and know their role and responsibility in Safety when oversee/executing field activities. • Implement programs and recommendations approve by the project management team/Site Safe Working Committee • Review and resolve day to day site construction issues/coordination thru work permit system, ensure site safety concerns are being addressed prior to work commencement • Taking responsibility for the planning, development and management of construction-based projects.

Landscape Design/Pool ConstructionDuties and Responsibilities:• Responsible in managing and overseeing the quality of the landscape and common areas of lawn. • Handle the tasks of supervising and monitoring the daily activities of landscape crew. • Perform responsibilities of verifying the quality of work completed by landscape crew and volunteers. • Handle the tasks of transplanting, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, constructing and mowing for landscape maintenance. Ensure that the landscape crew operates the equipment in a safe manner. • Handle the tasks of training and promoting safe working conditions at Green Meadow Lawn. • Perform the tasks of trimming, mowing and cutting turf areas by using hand mower and power mower.• Responsible in monitoring and adjusting the irrigation systems.• Be the first point of contact for construction issues at site

MEPFSDuties and Responsibilities:• Guides and supervise the workers at the site as instructed by the superior.• Preparation of billing report such as submittals and shop drawings for approval.• Assign workers at their designated area for them to make the job easier and faster. • Inspect and check the installed fabricated materials and fittings done by the pipe fitter. • Supervise and manage workers at the site. • Supervise to install the lay-out of branch lines in the said building. • Prepare for the shop drawings needed in the said project. Spotting structural problems and providing sound solutions is necessary, along with addressing issues of the subcontractors in a timely manner.
