Responsible for process engineering & improvement, cost reduction and management of nineteen personnel across two shifts for flex & rigid flex circuits manufacturing for Vulcan Flexible Circuits in Hudson, NH. Processes include; wet process operations, photo, dry film lamination & imaging, DES & SES, HASL, chem lab, in-process cross section lab and waste.

Responsible for assisting local Technical Account Managers in growing business, managing process installations and providing on-site technical support of wet process chemistry, dry film resist and photo imaging products for Insulectro customers in the eastern USA.In addition to providing technical support for existing customers and processes I was the key.

Responsible for operations and process engineering for outer-layer operations (plating, dry film, strip/etch/strip operations), chemical laboratory support as well as supervision of all personnel in these areas. During my time there succeeded in improvement of costs and performance of processes as well as updating of process documentation and procedures.

Responsible for on-site technical support of wet process chemistry and dry film resist products for eastern region customers. This included project management of process installations, process audits, process troubleshooting, personnel training and technical presentations.

Over nine + years held positions of Sr. Chem Lab Technician (Derry), Quality Technician, Wet Process Engineer (Hudson). Supervised 3rd shift Quality department and was tasked with and accomplished upgrading of quality reporting system using experience gained through my computer programming degree.
