At ingenuityNE/New England FIRST we are preparing students to lead the change. In fact, many of our alumni are already leading companies involved in that change. Through our New England FIRST program, we offer STEM/STEAM-based programs for students in grades PreK-12. We seek to create excitement in science, technology, engineering, arts, math and the environment for PreK-12 students to prepare for a technologically-advanced workplace. Volunteers are the foundation of our organization and programs. We have over 1,000 volunteers leading and helping with our events, teams and programs.As we focus on our future program goals, diversity and inclusion is vital. Focusing on all communities-rural and urban- will be of paramount importance. We cover a large geographical area from north of Bangor in Maine, across to Burlington in Vermont, down through Manchester New Hampshire and Springfield in Western Massachusetts. Into the City of Boston, down through Providence and all counties of Rhode Island and finishing in the south with Hartford and all towns of Connecticut. STEM/STEAM programs through FIRST are fantastic ways to bring young people together, to have fun engaging in challenging robotic challenges and competitions. Just ask any alum!

The mission of RMHC New England will be executed under the leadership of newly appointed CEO Michael Fantom. A mission-driven, non-profit leader with demonstrated success building organizations and teams, Mr. Fantom previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House® Providence. In this role, Michael grew the capacity of the Providence House program, managing all aspects of the capital and building campaign to add additional bedroom and living capacity, successfully developing and securing $5MM capital campaign funds.
