Quality Assurance and Control - Establish quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.- Address any quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity.4. Procurement and Supply Chain Management - Identify and source necessary materials and equipment.- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of supplies.- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-efficiency.5. Construction Supervision - Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase.6.
