As an Electrical Engineer currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Management at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI), I am driven by a passion for solving complex technical challenges while spearheading initiatives that enhance efficiency and sustainability. With hands-on experience across multiple domains—ranging from ERP software development to solar energy adoption research—I bring a blend of technical prowess, leadership, and strategic communication to every project I engage in.During my internship at FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL), I successfully led the development of an ERP software solution within 30 days by applying Design Thinking principles, despite overcoming initial skill gaps. My efforts in strategic communication ensured smooth execution by leading and coordinating four key meetings with internal stakeholders. Additionally, I managed a team, using weekly progress checks to guarantee timely task completion.In my research role at GIKI, I led a project analyzing 230 survey responses, which revealed that government incentives and moral norms significantly enhance solar energy adoption in Pakistan, influencing key decision-makers on policy and market dynamics.Beyond engineering, I’ve leveraged my leadership skills to recruit and manage over 50 ambassadors for The Career Crafter, organizing impactful events like a webinar featuring the Head of Career Services at LUMS.
