As an Agricultural Engineering student at UGM, I joined the Smart Agriculture Research Center for my final project research. My research focuses on designing an automated water gate control system for a physical model of a secondary irrigation channel. At this research center, we apply 4.0 technologies such as information systems, control systems, automation, and IoT in agriculture, from on-farm to off-farm. The goal of this research is to support irrigation modernization by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of water resource management.

Madubaru internship in on-farm and off-farm operations, focusing on maintenance and operation management.- Played a key role in implementing preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability and optimize day-to-day operations.- Developed expertise in passive traction management on the sugar plantation, contributing to enhanced harvesting and transportation processes.- Gained a comprehensive skill set in machinery management and operational efficiency within the context of sugar production. - Conducted research during the internship to enhance production efficiency in a lathe workshop using the Plan-Do-Check-Act method.- The developed workflow became the foundation for the layout of the lathe workshop production facility, incorporating the Systematic Layout Planning method.- The result was a significant improvement in the production efficiency of the lathe workshop.
