Their focus is on creating innovative solutions for electric vehicles, including systems related to cooling, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as implementing advanced engineering techniques to enhance the performance and efficiency of electric vehicle powertrains. Key Responsibilities: Experienced in the design of electric drives for electric motors and the design of motor control systems. Designed and improved the new mechanical system, including cooling, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Performed hands-on Installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical Lift and Hybrid Vehicles. Systematized a new miniature production line for Proton's Hybrid Truck and Bus prototype plant, which involved process flow, project budgeting, staff management, material handling, and stock control. Provided support for production and maintenance as required, collaborating on the preparation of work instructions.Achievements: Successfully reduced Proton's Hybrid Truck Engine Run Time for charging from 3 hours to 1 hour and increased Battery Charging Rate up from 10% to 70% by proposing and improving compact battery thermal management system. This achievement resulted in a reduced development duration of two weeks. Solved and improved Proton's Exora REEV Wankel Engine Early Cut-off issue by identifying critical components. As a result of smooth and reliable operation of the engine. Proposed and implemented a design solution to resolve fibreglass fabrication errors and successfully avoid RM 16,000 loss.
