During 2021, two university classmates and I launched an environmental consultancy entrepreneurship project which arose from our participation in the Santander Bank's business accelerator programme (SantanderX). The main objective of this venture, called Keepeco, is to guide organisations from different sectors towards sustainable change in their processes and activities and thus reduce their environmental impact. It is a different, modern and approachable environmental consultancy, specialised in eco-design, which offers customised services for each company and different alternatives for sustainable change thanks to our work, which is mainly based on the implementation of eco-design in any process, service or product.

For three months, in the middle of the COVID-19, I worked in the HR team at Decide Solutions as a way of completing my MBA internship. This internship has been carried out remotely in a fully digital environment using different tools such as Teams, Skype, Zoom, etc. Throughout these three months, as part of a multidisciplinary team of 8 people, I have investigated the implementation of ICT in the selection and candidate search processes, preparing surveys and reports assessing the benefits and drawbacks of it.
