CurrentI provide strategic direction and operational oversight as the Managing Director in a creative tech agency operating internationally and headquartered in Vancouver Canada. I actively collaborate and set direction for my team in the following areas:- Ideation and creative oversight in conjunction with our Creative Directors- Direct and control the Project Management team of the Company- Direct our People and Culture leader to ensure the recruitment and retention of the required team to ensure that Intergalactic achieves its mission and objectives.- Set the corporate vision and prepare the top level Objectives and Key Results- Monitor progress against company plans to ensure that the Company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.- Develop a great management team and foster a company culture of inclusivity, achievement and enjoyment of one's work. - Represent the Company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms for the Company.- Enable the development of Total Quality Management systems throughout the Company to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers.
