Graphic Design Specialist
CurrentIdeate, sketching and execution of graphic designs for the exhibition space. The role is crucial in creating a cohesive and engaging visual experience for attendees.Visual Identity:Produce graphics templates, layout, typography, design elements that reflect and speech the exhibition's language and emotions.Promotional Collaterals: Design posters, outdoor banners, facades, roll-up stands and digital media graphics.Spatial design: Working on how graphics and other visual elements fit into the physical space of the exhibition, ensuring that they complement the layout and flow of the exhibit. The deliverables are wall texts, labels, titles, floor stickers, infographics, captions, signage, way finding, exhibit display panels that convey key messages and enhance the visitor experience. Collaboration: Working with Project Manager, Head of Design, Exhibition Designer, Curator, Content Developer, Translators and other stakeholders to ensure the visual design supports the exhibition's content and goals.Pre-production & Vendor Liaison: Coordinating with production team and prepare mock-ups (wall text, labels and graphics elements) and with other vendors/ contractors to ensure that design elements are produced, delivered and installed correctly.Post-Exhibition Materials: Archive design materials for post-exhibition use, such as Design source files and production files, branding elements, images, texts, material mock-ups (labels, fabrics, colour samples, vinyl cut-out, warning signs and stickers) or online content that reflects the success and highlights of the exhibition.
