Recruited to spearhead and execute a comprehensive B2B strategy, establishing connections with top-tier corporations. Drive direct B2B sales of Stemform®, a cell-based therapy for breast augmentation and reconstruction. Plan, and execute sales initiatives to maximise the adoption of the Stemform® offerings. Defined the ideal customer profile and develop a decisive Go-To- Market strategy. Design and refine the business and operational models of the company, entailing the following key responsibilities:European Commercialisation and Scale-Up of Stemform® in FemHealth: Successfully launched a pilot of Stemform® in Denmark, optimising logistics, patient and production sequencing, sales, hospital contracting, and onboarding, setting a solid foundation for our successful international commercial expansion. Furthermore, I directed marketing efforts within a B2B2C business model Marketing and sales channels: Led the development of patient education materials and established a new category in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Initiated a lead generation program that included marketing strategies, online consultations, and patient conversions at clinics.Executed B2B sales to top-tier private hospitals in Denmark, UK beyond. Secured market access, HTA (UK) approval, and lead sales, contracting, recruitment, and onboarding of the first UK clinics. Played a pivotal role in the Published the first Real-World Evidence article. Developed a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program and signed agreements with global medical ambassadors.Actively engaged in ongoing discussions to secure Series B funding with VCs and forge partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies (J&J, ESTA, AbbVie). Collaborated with international M&A banks (Jefferies, SEB, ABG Sundal Collier) and potential consortia from Dubai, Central Europe, and the UK.

As a co-founder of Cura Nordic, I significantly contributed to guiding the company from its establishment to a landmark achievement: the exit of our hero OTC product by Karo Pharma, a renowned entity on the Swedish stock exchange. This product, a multifunctional nasal spray containing Carragelose, known for its clinically proven efficacy against colds and flu-like symptoms, played a pivotal role in our success. My efforts in providing strategic and commercialisation guidance ensured the product's broad distribution across Nordic pharmacies, demonstrating our ability to innovate, navigate complex markets, and achieve profitable outcomes. This successful exit to Karo Pharma not only underscored our dedication to delivering value to consumers and pharmacies but also marked a significant milestone in the company's journey, affirming our commitment to enhancing public health with safe and effective solutions.
