• Collect and define business and customer needs through research and market data to build requirements in order to establish cash management products (e-Banking and Channel management) and solution proposition that adds.
• Assess and prioritize product innovation and deliver an effective and efficient solution to address customer needs.
• Initiate and implement product enhancement projects and bugs fixing.
• Regularly communicate products through training to the Client Service, Implementation, Sales and Business Unit/Branches for new product features and processes.
• Identifying potential revenue from every cash management product, and monitor profitability and sales results of products in Cash Management to ensure ROI is achieved, working together with sales and business units.

- Develop strategy on capturing the cash and trade flows for MBI clients.- Monitor industry activity – ensure MBI have a fluent, clear, current point of view on all market developments, and constantly challenge self and product proposition against evolving industry landscape.- Prepare UAT scenario and end to end sytem testing- Monitor post-implementation.

• Maintaining accurate partner offer details and other information on the platform.
• Being the key point of contact for all partners in the specified regions that I assigned at. (Partners in; Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Manila, Hongkong. )
• Problem solving of all deals issues through liaising with all internal teams.
• Deliver regular performance updates to our partners and to internal constituents.
