- Assisting the centre coordinator on the daily management of the centre including finance processes- Mapping out community assets within the centre's service boundaries- Utilising the ABCD approach to design and implement an effective engagement activities or programmes- Conducting intake assessments for clients to better identify their concerns, placing much emphasis on the needs of school-going children- Collaborating with community partners to develop programmes in support for parents and their school-going children- Case management and linking up to various agencies & community partners for further intervention- Planning and executing outreach initiatives to create awareness of Yayasan MENDAKI’s programmes and services- Collation of monthly data on the centre's activities and traffic

- Monitoring the sales performance of several store outlets- Supervise part-time staffs and coordinating their work schedules- Procurement of products- Designing the respective store outlet arrangements and to strategise product displays to maximise sales- Providing support for the delivery team

- Administering financial assistance through the MUIS Zakat fund for the low-income and needy families - Case management and linking up to the respective community partners for further intervention - Organising workshops and seminars, for Zakat Beneficiaries and their families to psychoeducate them on policies revolving CPF and HDB, to improve employability through skills workshop- Collaborating with community partners to develop programmes which focuses on empowering the beneficiaries and their families - Conducting talks to further empower the beneficiaries with regards to improving their spiritual well-being
