Handling all ground front-end airport operations including but not limited to passenger check-in, boarding, on-time baggage delivery, arrival hall manning, baggage tracing, etc. Operated and well-versed with Amadeus GoNow software and SITA WorldTracer in raising and tracking AHL and DPR reports.Responsible for handling arrival systems and registering complaints and general queries as well as managing reports and co-ordinating special assistance requests for arrivals.Also experienced on the Airside in supervising on-time baggage delivery maintaining OMDA requirements for the airline with GMR and DIAL (Delhi International Airport Limited) as well as co-ordinating smooth boarding and arrival assistance for VVIP Government officials and diplomats.
