- Support for end-users, retailers, distributors, marketing and sales department via phone / email / forums- online community management with the focus on German and English online platforms (forums, twitter, Facebook, ...)- promoting AC Ryan as a brand in Germany to end-users as well as retailers and distributors- technical planning and actively participating in fairs such as CEBIT, IFA- Soft- and hardware testing of consumer electronic devices from different manufacturers on a daily basis. Creating reports about those tests.- handling RMA cases / procedures- maintaining company network / hard- and software with a focus on system administration- online-research about the newest consumer-electronics products on the market, staying on top and being informed about new technologies to provide critical input in terms of development of future products as well as new marketing/sales strategies- translation/documentation of websites, marketing campaigns, newsletters, reviews and full manuals in German / English / Dutch

- Responsible for promptly and correct order handling.- Quality Control- Overseeing the production and correct operation of CNC machines in an multi-cultural environment.- different administrative tasks

- actively supporting the purchasing manager with researches about the market and technologies- purchasing / ordering of parts for ship engines / modules for best price- invoicing- general administrative tasks- handling and maintaining the customer database and keep it up-to-date- providing technical support in the office for the system network / database / infrastructure

- repairing / building personal computers (atari, amiga, pc)- modification of consoles such as playstation, xbox- installing and maintaining operating systems / software such as Linux, Dos, Windows, Mac, OS/2- customer service hard- / software related via phone as well as email and in person- basic marketing by helping to create flyers, newspaper ads
