All corporate operations – facilities, logistics, order fulfilment, IT, purchasing, customer support, and project office are part of the Services and Operations Organisation.Achievements:Personally led Alcatel’s support of Telecom New Zealand’s Trinity Programme – a multiyear programme designed to transform the existing network and business to the next generation. This was followed by a stint as the Head of IT Security, Head of Corporate Systems and finally Executive Manager of Operational Support Systems - DEC's venture into Outsourcing. Ended my DEC career just prior to the buyout by coming to Australia to work on the Optus account.
