XOS is the industry leader in stats-enhanced video solutions for the professional and college sports industries (primarily football, basketball, and hockey).At XOS, I delivered a brand new platform product (Thunder Hockey). Working with a team of industry insiders from the NHL, I was able to translate their vision into a product which literally established the market for stats-enhanced video analysis of hockey, at the NHL and NCAA level. * Worked directly with the NHL on a Stats importer to support the XML–based NHL HITS stat feed, linking video to stats metadata.* Worked with an outside video company to develop an automated video downloader, which allowed users to prioritize video downloads based on past and future opponents.The technologies used here were primarily c#.net and SQL Server, with emphasis on multithreaded UIs and breaking down stats files and linking plays to video.

Internal facing systems developer, focused on CRM / SalesForce.com development. Worked on an application to integrate the Dell order process into the existing EqualLogic SalesForce architecture. Other projects included developing single sign-on architecture between the corporate website and training partners, as well as content and feature updates on the website.This position was eliminated when EqualLogic was acquired by Dell.

Developer on a small team responsible for creating an application to setup and configure Health Care plans and benefit groups. Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle including requirements gathering and review, technical architecture, development, and post-deployment support. This application was written in .NET 2.0 using Winforms/Smart Client architecture and a SQL Server 2000 database.Also worked extensively on the company’s core ASP.NET Web Application in .NET 1.1 and SQL Server 2005.
