    - I'm the lead spacecraft systems engineer, technically in charge of a new spacecraft design from conceptual design (model simulation, conops definition, subsystem definition) to operations (currently in orbit) including preliminary design, verification and on-orbit validation.- I've co-invented (and fully defined the architecture) a model-based systems engineering tool in python to model a spacecraft with all its subsystems in a given concept of operations. - I've pushed towards a new way of doing systems engineering design by modeling: sharing code, configuration files, and pull requests as a concurrent design tool replacing spreadsheets and isolated simulation tools, so that every subsystem engineer can work offline with the same code repository.- I've created a spacecraft development framework. I've successfully adapted (and completely change!) old space frameworks to new space startups.- I'm in charge of 12 systems engineers. I've designed teams, hired many senior engineers, onboarded and taught dozens of people.
