Senior technical resource of the marketing operations team. Responsibilities included maintaining marketing systems and integrations, evaluating external vendors, and making system recommendations to improve marketing capability. Summarizing analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate recommendations for marketing and sales actions.

Lead marketing automation efforts for global team, provide consultation on campaigns and larger projects from the automation viewpoint, ensure automation best practices are being used on all projects, build marketing automation programs and campaigns to help with lead generation efforts

• Support implementation of Eloqua for business and serve as administrator and power user for 50+ global marketing users and 80+ sales users• Support onboarding and development of marketing team. Including, training marketing colleagues on Eloqua, BaseCamp project management software, Tridion WCM system, and core Marketing Operations processes
