 Leadership of the project of ERP parametrization and reconfiguration (as Protheus/Totvs; M3/Mult/; Art Soft; Millennium etc.), achieving a higher level of security on the data input/output processes, faster access and reliability of information gathering for strategic decision-making. Fiscal support for business area, accountant report management. Contract renegotiation, reaching 15% of reduction. Management of juridical stakeholders (juridical external offices).

Reporting to the company`s President and Investors, my main responsibilities are:• In charge of over sighting all finance, treasury, auditing, taxation, accounting, financial control systems, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and planning, supply chain, inventory, negotiating lease contracts and reporting activities.• Responsible for ensuring that the local accounting activities including the recording and classification of accounting transactions, payments to suppliers and employees, preparation of financial reports and operational results are in line with the Company`s policies, coordination of BR GAAP and US and Brazilian statements.• Preparing budgets, forecasts and other planning activities for the management teams.• Responding to internal and external auditing requests as the primary finance point of contact for statutory audits and inquiries, responding to financial matters for the whole company.• Supporting local operations, providing analysis and recommendations for business activities. • Responsible for management of local inventory supply chain and incoming customs clearance and related tax optimization.• Ensuring compliance with all local taxation and statutory reporting requirements.• Leading / monitoring the activities of accounting outsource providers, ensuring that company internal controls and policies are followed.
