With ERGOS, I transitioned into the role of Lead Consultant, which puts several of our customers directly under my purview with regards to their technology and business needs. I aide in planning for growth as well as lifecycle management on all hardware and software, and consult with decision makers at my customer sites to ensure that our processes align with their business goals. I support these environments fully, and add direction and documentation to ensure that my team has all necessary information to be successful. Since starting with Equip IT, I've evolved from help desk support to lead support staff. I've been tasked with tackling challenges large and small, and have been responsible for dozens of businesses in the New Braunfels and San Antonio area. I've led initiatives and have been responsible for implementing a time and ticketing platform as well as remote monitoring and management platforms that have improved the way we are able to conduct business. Through these improvements, we were able to drastically reduce travel costs and onsite work in most cases, allowing our technicians more time to perform meaningful work.During 2014, Equip IT was acquired by ERGOS Technology Partners.
