With ERGOS, I transitioned into the role of Lead Consultant, which puts several of our customers directly under my purview with regards to their technology and business needs. Since starting with Equip IT, I've evolved from help desk support to lead support staff. I've been tasked with tackling challenges large and small, and have been responsible for dozens of businesses in the New Braunfels and San Antonio area.
