It’s often said that the future belongs to those who prepare for it today—as a corporate finance executive, I live by these words. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in high-growth, technology-driven sectors ranging from energy to defense, I bring integrity and strategic thinking to complex financial challenges. A trusted advisor to C-suite teams, I provide sound advice and direction to help companies optimize their assets, boost their accountability, and make smart, sustainable business decisions. My dynamic career has equipped me with a robust skillset in financial operations, as well as opportunities to work with stakeholders all over the world. I dig deep to find the roots of problems and generate effective solutions, connecting the dots between companies’ big-picture goals and the tactical action steps needed to execute them. A skilled cross-cultural and cross-functional communicator, I’m as comfortable defining strategy alongside senior executives as I am discussing products with personnel on the shop floor. Outside of work, I stay active. On any given day, you may find me golfing, skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, or camping; I also play football and tennis and coach recreational basketball. Creativity and home improvement also fuel me; I’m currently exploring home automation and sustainability methods, as well as photography. I look forward to influencing business strategy and long-term planning as a financial leader, whether through equity research, venture capital/private equity advising, or a consultative role with a startup company. I’m excited to see where my next step will take me; message me on LinkedIn or at mfgraves21@gmail.com to learn how I can bring value to your organization.
