Director Of Finance, Process Analyzers And Instrumentation Lob
I served as finance business partner for SE’s transaction-based, global Process Analyzer and Instrumentation line of business (LOB). I provided strategic planning and P&L oversight across three product divisions to ensure the portfolio’s profitable growth. Conducted due diligence during assessment of transition alternatives, business valuation, and growth scenarios. • Managed team of Financial Controllers across California and Tennessee equipment manufacturing sites. Key Highlights:• Implemented an online quoting tool in SharePoint to streamline Proposal Group’s complex approval process for transactional sales and accelerate customer bid response time.• Managed support function costs (SFC) through HR initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, realizing 16% average YoY savings within LOB.
Finance Director, North America (Na) Nuclear Business Unit
I was appointed to revitalize the company’s underperforming nuclear business unit; I managed the P&L and all financial activities to execute a profitable turnaround.
