Working in IBM Watson Cloud Network Engineering division. Team lead for the SRE team responsible for the SDN overlay network for IBM VPC. Built the infrastructure for ticketing, alerting and policies for the new VPC platform across 14 development teams.Responded to customer tickets and internal alerting on 24/7 pager response schedules. Performed RCA investigation and created follow up tickets for SRE and Development to improve product stability and reliability. Presented to executive management for Sev1 outages and the remediation efforts. Setup regular education sessions with the team to share knowledge and develop common debugging and runbooks for problems. Trained the second SRE team based in India to be prepared for on-call duties.

Migrated Lombardi virtual classroom and education materials and technologies into the IBM infrastructure. converted existing materials to meet IBM IT and Legal requirements.

Designed, developed, and maintained a virtual education delivery platform. The solution included Saba LMS, Skytap infrastructure, and custom software. Maintained 2 classes a week with about 12 participants. Distributed digital and physical assets to participants. Provided Level 1 and 2 Support for instructors and participants. Worked with accounting on a monthly basis to confirm class participation and billing for customers.

MarksMaps.info is a new way for people to travel and live in foreign countries. Allowed people to add and share their own places helpful for living and visiting a foreign country. Created a multilingual PHP ant MySQL based site which cloud switch between supported languages.Currently my side project.

Teach English to junior high and elementary students in Japan. Assist with teaching and creating lesson pans and materials.Taught at 5 junior high schools and 13 elementary schools. Class sizes varied from 5 to 40 students. During my third year, taught 20% of junior high classes by myself with my lesson plans I created.Created a bilingual lesson plan book for elementary school complete with materials.
