While working on my master's degree in counseling I oversaw all administrative responsibilities for the Training for Life Center, a business I founded to gather like minded counselors of varying specialties, in one location to help people through life's difficulties. Upon completion of my MA, I practiced Adolescent and Conflict Resolution Counseling & Personality Profiling.

Directed all aspects of non-profit mission organization with the purpose to train leaders in other countries to in-turn train others in a variety of areas, including micro-businesses. Responsibilities also included, the oversight of this new organization's establishment; setting up of books for A/R, A/P, and donor records; as well as creating and filing all paperwork needed for obtaining 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service.

Founded bookstore in order to cater to the needs of those educating their children athome. As owner I had oversight of all things related to a retail establishment whichincluded all publicity, advertisement layouts and radio copy; investigating new productlines and maintaining established lines; teaching related home school classes; hiring,scheduling, and coordinating employees; oversight of bookkeeper for payroll, A/P, and A/R. This business grossed $250,000 annually in sales prior to the sale of the store.
