Manage the full physical production of various client activations, including large booths and sponsor activations at conferences, to mobile tours and pop up promotions for designer brands. Create paperwork to support the full physical production, including installation schedules, materials and gear list, labor staffing, inventory tracking, travel and transportation logistics, and more. Assist in the creative development process of client pitches. Provide both a creative input as well as a production input on developing programs and ongoing projects. Oversee the successful installation of all scenic and fabricated elements for any event, and provide full operational support throughout the duration of all activations. Oversee and manage the west coast warehouse, including incoming/outgoing shipment schedules, inventory tracking, cost metrics for rentals, and general organization. Oversee all aspects of our Immersive Division including Production Management, General Management, Producing, Scheduling, Hiring and Contracting, Show Launch, Location Scouting, and more. Between February 2021-July of 2021, we produced and created 3 different titles/IP over 15 individual productions, across 10 different states/countries, that were all safe to perform during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Our Immersive Division now consist of our Primary Title, CLUE! Walking Experience, which was developed in partnership with HASBRO.

Oversaw investor communications between head of company, investors, and financial organizations. Budget monitoring and coding for investment contributions as they relate to the overall project and construction budget. Build and update company website with investor news, project updates, and financial disclosures. In conjunction with the Hope Summer Repertory Theatre mainstage season, I am responsible for curating and running a reading series for the acting company that gets presented to the public and HSRT community in the latter half of our summer season. These shows explore a breath of topics and conversations that are not normally shared with the typical Holland audience, and acts as a space to explore new and relevant work.
