Manage the full physical production of various client activations, including large booths and sponsor activations at conferences, to mobile tours and pop up promotions for designer brands. Create paperwork to support the full physical production, including installation schedules, materials and gear list, labor staffing, inventory tracking, travel and transportation logistics, and more. Assist in the creative development process of client pitches. Provide both a creative input as well as a production input on developing programs and ongoing projects. Oversee the successful installation of all scenic and fabricated elements for any event, and provide full operational support throughout the duration of all activations.
