Responsible for all aspects of the vertically integrated business model including Development, Construction, and Asset Management. Since joining RISE in 2007, the company has grown from a portfolio of 2,500 units to almost 10,000 units across four states with over $1 Billion in multifamily housing on the ground. Under the Development umbrella, Fisher oversees the company’s debt and equity relationships, new project development, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.From the Construction and Asset Management perspective, Fisher leads the financial reporting teams, auditors, and compliance consultants, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely reporting to lenders, investors, and other interested parties. A few of her favorite financing strategies for multi family include low income tax credits (LIHTC), HUD loans, tax exempt bonds, CDBG Disaster Recovery grants, tax credit exchange programs, among others. Prior to her work with RISE, Fisher worked with the international accounting firm KPMG in both the Tax and Audit groups. Fisher is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Masters in Accounting from the Cox Business school. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
