Responsible for developing content and delivering training on Soft Skills, Hospitality and Management for the project of Skills Development Initiative (A project of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt.of India).Responsible for looking branch of company, mentor internal employees of branch, work on their development.Handling team of trainers, work on their personality development.Counselling of employees and trainees. engage in placement activity of trainees.To coordinate with the Training Head on the content development, schedule of training and delivery. Imparting motivational sessions of trainees as per need. Tie up with near by hospitals and Clinic in case of any emergency.Regular counselling of trainees about their career growth and developments.Responsible for organize meeting with trainees and hostel staff.Organizing indoor games competition and small celebrating events.

Responsible for developing and organizing in-depth software training for four applications of Panchayat Enterprise Suite (PRIASoft, Local Govt Directory, AreaProfiler & National Panchayat Portal) and Direct Benefit Transfer on PAN India level to NIC & Government officials.Liaising with partners (National Informatics Centre (NIC), State Government Officials and Examining bodies) to fulfill the skills needs of an organisation.

Responsible for Training of Business Development Executive, Counselor, Director, and the Franchisee supports on the product and services of the company.Responsible for Brands and Products promotion in different-different state of India.Responsible for Training to the Teachers on the course materials and education tools through out the country.Responsible for organize events like Seminars, Group Presentations, Conference and Inauguration of new schools any where in India. Coordination with National Head Training, General Manager and Training Manager related with the training and problem related with branding through the country.
