Volunteer at the FHF Hostels The role is three fold;1) Income - Simply by paying to be at FHF I am contributing to the housing and education for many boys and girls for next year.2) Up skilling - Teaching the boys and girls English will help them in their future lives and being around, playing games and speaking with Europeans (me) will boasts their confidence and again help in their future lives.3) Fundraising - Raising awareness via my blog to encourage others to do what I have done or simply to donate time or money to helping those who need it most.For me this is about giving back; the most valuable thing anyone has is their time and I am investing mine in others. Evolution Recruitment IT Contract: Business Consultant April 2013-September 2013• Designed a new proposition for the IT recruitment team of Evolution Recruitment.• Developed of an integrated three stage (13 weeks) training programme for trainees to consultant for the IT Contract recruitment team.• Trained out the new programme with existing and new trainees. • Developed a complete marketing strategy and created the marketing material to back up the new proposition• Rolled out marketing strategy to the existing and new trainees.• Main Board and Management Board member Evolution Global Energy ltd : Managing Director November 2012 – March 2013'The main board of the IT Recruitment Business 'Evolution Recruitment ltd' were keen to expand into a new vertical market and Oil & Gas was there first choice.I investigated the viability of opening a Colombian & Brazilian Repatriation Oil & Gas recruitment business operation from the existing Warrington HQ premises.Following extensive research, whilst it was proven possible to generate income we decided to moth ball the project and the team was disbanded. The inherent difficulties of trading ‘long arm’ i.e. getting the cash out, along with the huge investment being directed at the Oil & Gas recruitment market by existing and new players meant that that it would be slower to scale up than anticipated. Put simply, the investment allocated would be more productively spent on other IT recruitment projects.

This involved the re-engineering of the recruitment processes and the subsequent change-management required to provide a service that multi-national clients valued.I focused on identifying where global customers where not being fully satisfied by their existing suppliers, researching regions, as well as the skill-sets that were required. A high quality search & selection service was designed which was delivered to clients on a contingency basis.A multi-lingual recruitment team was assembled and they were trained to give high levels of service.Customer satisfaction was central to the success of the processes and I personally met with 500+ clients since 2009 enabling each customer to have a tailored service that suited their internal processes and increased their ‘hit rate’ when recruiting.Rolled out a web cast strategy with all recruiters regularly ‘presenting’ to customers and subsequently increasing repeat business.Instigated employer of choice programme with the aim of retaining and attracting employees.
