I started with a focus on finance but quickly realized my passion for people and switched to a major in marketing with a minor in psychology.After college my career started with an emphasis on business development & account management in a variety of industries including manufacturing, communications equipment, facility services, consumer goods, financial services and technology.During a significant downturn in the banking industry my role in a global financial services company was extinguished. During that season I launched into what I now call a "servant leader expedition". Traveling the U.S., Africa and India, I began learning about corporate citizenship, discovering new leadership solutions and experiencing next-level personal transformation. Through partnership with a variety of organizations providing solutions to their markets, I served to help them deepen their position in the marketplace and strengthen their communities . These assignments included an array of industries including IT services, automotive products, professional organizing, management consulting, leadership development, workplace culture and government security technology.
