About Michael Folk
I have been described as a creative thinker with the ability to adapt to many different roles and environments. At my core, I strive to be a servant leader who derives his passion from collaborating with people to solve both business and organizational problems. I am passionate and experienced in Agile product development and I have managed teams in an Agile fashion across several organizations. I have been fortunate to lead some outstanding teams throughout my career, which has resulted in two OhTec Product of the Year Awards (2014/2017). While I am proud of those prestigious honors, I am genuinely more enthusiastic about the individuals who committed to a vision and embraced collaboration to provide the best solution for our customers.
